Do the new MK3 clios feel better made than the Mk2's

I would of thought it'll be very difficult to say. Comparing a 3yr old car with a new one will always be biased.

    182 cup HATERS!!!

Think I'd argue that the Trophy might be the 182 to have. Of course, all the ladies that find turning lights/wipers on would reject it straight away.

Airbag + SERV Light after fitting steering wheel...

Not true. My airbag light comes on, quick play with the wires and it goes off. 100% not stored.

    Peugeot 106 Rallye Bianca White

I like it bar the wheels, just don't think they suit it. Bet it shifts, not considered some more supportive seats?

    Spring Clean: Stage One...

I'm trying to get w3eeb to stick a BrownBearRacing sticker on the FIndia car when no-ones looking. Could be a jinx, hate to see all their clutches explode.

    Spring Clean: Stage One...

You drive a yellow puma iirc? And you're scottish. In matters of taste, you fail hard ;).

    Upgrading brakes!!!

Having seen 'The Twig' outbrake a Gallardo Supperleggera, in the wet at Oulton, I'd say they should cope.

    Spring Clean: Stage One...

This is true. They look far too light in colour. Pro race 3's could look heroic.

    Upgrading brakes!!!

Pads, discs, lines. That's all you need on a 1*2.

Get the ridiculous nipple ring off. Otherwise lovely.

    The Golf Gti

Try and get a shot in one if you can. The 18's sharpen up the front end, and the ride doesn't suffer. They are a b**ch for corrosion and bubbling though.

    The Golf Gti

The Golf GTi is not boring. Easy to fall into that trap as it's so refined. But it's also very capable and entertaining once let off the leash. I'd rather drive on down a b-road than any 197.

What to do with 182 Cup, Track car?

Mine has costs me under £4k total (excluding consumables). You could easily end up spending £2-3k on the 182, which is silly imo.

What to do with 182 Cup, Track car?

No-one's said it won't be good on track. In fact, my point was that it would be good, but not as good as a dedicated track ****. But there are issues like warranty and insurance to consider. I'm normally quoted £50+ per track day for me cheap 172. Which is why I don't bother, I would of paid...

What to do with 182 Cup, Track car?

Depends what you're after fella. If funds allow, a dedicated track setup will be miles ahead. Also depends how much you rely on the daily driver. I've probably been without mine for 4 weeks over a 18month period due to issues on track. There's also the issue of warranty with a new car, and...

Mine's vastly more fun than standard, but it's still FWD. That's the reason for changing.
