I say that cos my old head unit in my RT was 4x45 watts and you had to turn it up to like volume 20 to get it loud. So on a 4x22watt one I imagine you would have to turn it up pretty high to get a decent volume. Hope this helps.

Would be nice if its good, but I want to keep my 172 for a long time and then buy a much faster car so prob no :) But if its really good I might be tempted.

I would recommend getting a good quality head unit and a decent set of components for the front.... You could get a decent set of coaxials in the rear too if you really wanted too aswell. Depends how much you have to spend tho?

I think you should get silvatec bulbs, smoked side repeaters and 172 skirts :) looks really nice btw.

I think your new ones look better. Think they suit the 172 well. Even better if it had clear side repeaters :p

I found a good way to set the alarm off is to lock the car but leave the windows open.

The Silvatec ones?? I got some too only had them on a few days tho :confused: hope they dont go gold too!!

Makes such a difference, nice1... 2minutes!! Wish it was that easy fitting them to a Mk1 172 lol, took like half an hour and very sore hands :(

OOps I meant the window wiper stick

There is a button on the end of the indicator stick (on the right of the steering wheel), keep pressing it to cycle the options like MPG etc...

Pull the stereo out and check that the speaker cable unit hasnt come lose or summat.
