I was on last night till around 11:30pm. Can't get enough of it, it's one of those games that certainly has the "one more battle" factor. Found a few decent sniping points and hideaways. Trouble is, once you've killed someone, they find out who it was that did it and where they're hiding :clown...
Got your two requests yesterday, mate, but couldn't reply to either as my XBL was being a f*cktard. My online experience was also playing up. I don't know if anyone else has had this yet, but when running, the screen glitches and puts you back a second or two, so you can be running forwards and...
Well, if that's the case, you're in. I don't know if the paint on the 182's is hard or not, but I'm sure it won't be able to have too many corrections done before it f*cks up. Best thing is I seriously doubt it's been corrected previously.
Will look brand new once detailed up. :)
Yup, you honestly can't go wrong with either a black or a racing blue. As I said, the black I had was stunning to look at, and the gold fleck in the paintwork was incredible when the sun hit it.
Single player is ace.
As for MP, I'm usually entered in a squad at the start (you seem to pick up more points that way), but I don't know any of the guys I'm playing with. Still enjoying it thoroughly.
I had a black gold from new in 2004. Sold it in 2005 for an Impreza P1 and now getting back in the Clio swing. When it's polished up and clean, it's a fantastic colour. Trouble is, keeping the b*stard in that condition is hard. Swirls are a nightmare on any black car, too.
Racing Blue is my...
For those who were unimpressed by the demo :

That's a direct comparison between the demo and the final review code. Seems the demo was pretty sh*t, whereas the full game is awesome.
Yeah I played as a sniper last night, too. I was thrown into one Conquest with relative n00bies, so I was outranking most of them (even though I'm only Rank 3) and it seemed they were just starting out on the game. Gave me time to pick them off and rack up some points
Also took out 3...
The EA servers seem f*cked at the moment. Lots of skipping and judder when running. Not good for kills. Lol. Still, 1500 points in last round and now time for footy.
I need to improve my snipering skills. I'm rocking in Assault class, usually.
I do LOL @ the soundtrack in single player, mind. On one of the missions, my AI team mates were arguing about the best scene in Predator! :clown:
Joel, sorry, Petrice, I'll add you later dude. But I have this on XB360 not PS3. Hence why I haven't been on PS3 for a while now other than to play Winning Eleven 2010 or WipeoutHD.
What you said about the game is true, though. The more time you give it, the better it gets.
LOL. I'm just playing with no-marks at the moment. No idea who any of them are. I just join a game and get on with it.
Unless I see a few folk I know already playing, in which case I'll join their game.
Multiplayer is cool. As a summing up :
I started off at the HQ, ready to go into battle, and ahead of me all I could see were tanks rolling into action and a couple of quadbikes speeding off into the distance. I ventured forward on foot, down into the desert like plains with a few abandoned...
Indeed, but as you unlock better upgrades and weapons, some of them will wipe you out regardless of a body or headshot. I've been killed a few times with body shots from sniper rifles. Perhaps I'm doing it all wrong and aiming for the wrong places, but like you I think it's just getting used to...
