    Best tyres for a 197

Glad to see people coming around to the v12's. I've lost count of how often I've posted the tyre test link lol.

Yes mate, there's a newer ph1 map that I need to upload, then I'll probably sell it. You can borrow it if you want to map yours.

Toyo T1R's how many miles do they last?

Yes fella, 15's. Well, t1r's anyway. ;). It's like most tyres, what works on one car doesn't translate to others.

    RS Tuner - Just mapped

Smooths the delivery, so the kick is less noticeable. It's the low down improvment that I like, small but def useful.

    182 Trophy or 200

I've not driven a 200 yet. But by all accounts it's rediscovered the magic that some felt the 197 lost in comparison to the trophy. So the 200 has a far better interior than a trophy, as well as more refinement and better build. Better box, and brakes. Will it be more fun than a trophy...

Toyo T1R's how many miles do they last?

Broken record mode on: get some hankook v12 evo's. Similar money, grippier in all conditions, last longer. Done.

How long do Hancook V12 Evo's last ?

They last very well, far better than the toyo's.

First track day at Bedford, 29th March...

Make sure pads and discs have plenty of life in them. Bedford can be tough on brakes. Book tuition. Don't die.

Lol. You know, there's now some lonely government geek viewing this page due to that post. For the record geek, Naith is a Tarmac terrorist. Riad's the ugly one. Like devito in twins. The leftovers. Talking afterbirth. Get me a poptart. Now.

    Sub/Amp help, argh!

There's an earth by the base of the passenger door. Take off the plastic sill cover, and you should see it.

    whats best for my 172 15" or 16 "

Tbh I've been in 2 rs' with 17's. Ride was very poor. Won't make a difference in lap times, but on the road you'd feel the difference.

    KTR GT-RS Carbon Bucket Seats

No, I honestly believe that. Un-necessary, pain in the arse getting in and out of, ball crushing on a long journey. If a Ferrari/Lambo/Aston Martin don't need them, why would a clio? It's like those f**king tow eyes, that every plank that's never been (possibly seen?) seems desperate to chuck on...

Places to drink in Harborne are the plough, and the junction. Avoid the Harborne Stores. At all costs.
