Yeah, unfortunately the prices of Subaru conversions are the same as what I’m selling the full van for!

Its a lot more expensive to do turbo as the engine is in the rear so you have intercooler and turbo issues. Most places are £7k drive in drive out for a turbo conversion.

I’ve had a few offers on the van but I’m struggling to let go if I’m honest.

About 120bhp so not bad. Sounds class.

Had this delivered today. T25 single cab with the addition of a 2 litre Subaru engine (non turbo). Cost me a fair bit but made more sense than doing a swap on the panel van.
