I'm with them too... also wondering how good they are with mods! But seems everyone has a standard car with them lol. Only thing is, on the forms confirming your insurance it does have a section regarding modifications and changes and in my box it just says NONE which makes me think they could...

My car came with one in the rear window. I don't mind it but I think I'm gonna take it off, never liked having stickers on the rear window!

Well when I got home after the drive, I tried turning on again and it was fine... so not sure if it's 100% the same thing but carry on throwing ideas at me lads!

Sorry mate don't suppose you could explain a bit further? Never heard of a TDC sensor. Nothing showed up on diagnostic test (apart from something to do with the ABS which has always been there, but it works fine!)

take it you've tried confused.com and Adrian Flux!? Usually the best for me. Every insurer Flux have found me covers all modifications free of charge!

Bit old now. Always see em on 106 GTi's (if theyre the ones I'm thinking of) could look alright though! Maybe try and get a photoshop?

Re: Robbing b*****ds Aye but they will be using something a bit more advanced than that. Its not like Ren Cardiff are short on diagnostic equipment so strange they're charging more than others!

Just noticed this morning that gear changes are a bit jerky. It's only a short trip to work, but changing to second was the biggest jerk/jolt and into third a bit as well. Is this normal for driving around cold? I know my 206 was like this a bit as well but it was a common known problem...
