    Re: Finally. The standard ST is quite boring I found. I bought an MP260 and love it. I'd like to move upto an RS eventually in a year or 2. Hope the RS treats you well!

    Re: Ballpark figure for a 197 I loved my nimbus and it was still on the original box after 56k. I'd have another one no problem.

    I had a dynamique S with the 138 engine, did 40000 miles in 3 years and had absolutely no problems with it at all

    I owned my 197 for 10 months and averaged about 28.5mpg. I think I was lucky as had no problems throughout my ownership and I now miss it quite a bit!

    Over the 9000 miles I owned my 197 I averaged 29 mpg so 22 is quite poor. Mine was mainly a and b roads.

    Definitely go for the rs clutch if you're planning on remapping. Best money I spent so far.

    Considering buying a Clio 197 and have a few questions

    I'm getting 27mpg from my ST and that's without motorway driving. I did love my 197 though.
