actually cant you just boot from the windows xp cd? that should give you the option to change partitions and format before an install of windows! I think it only 'sometimes' removes the option if you try and install windows from within windows OS itself! a fresh install should work!

you cant format the C: drive when you are logged into windows. Download a windows 98 boot disk, boot into dos then run format c: /s

you create a div called 'container' set its width to say 780px then on your body properties set the margin: 0 auto 0 auto and the text-alight:center all your website content goes withint the container div and everything will be centered!
