My old s1 Rallye on bodies wiped the floor with 172s etc but that was forged and running 180 plus bhp. I’d expect this to be a bit quicker than a Clio when done but who knows!

If it’s got 4 wheels on I think everything is ok - that’s why mots are essential for me!

Problem is that mick will make his money from cambelts, oil changes, diagnostic work etc - his bread and butter so to speak. He knows how long these jobs will take and how much money he will make. Your car is a totally different kettle of fish - it might sound exciting for the likes of me but...

Boost is fun but for a road / track car I prefer bodies in saxos / 106s.

Off she’s goes to team green motorsport for the bodies fitting and mapping. Money pit.

Like you say, darker wheels will toughen her up, 15mm spacers on the rear, Turinis.....Etc etc

I’m waiting on the weather to be honest. It’s not very waterproof with the poly windows so doubt I’d have a fun time if it rained.

It can vary but from 165bhp to 180bhp with a reasonable set of cams.

It genuinely doesn’t bother me the rear bumper. It’s certainly not worth the cost to find a new one and get it painted.

Passes the 10ft test but it’s no oil painting. It’s got some nice bits on and work has gone into it so it’s a good starting point.
