It's mainly fillers and the fords never had solid paint. I corrected the full car once with menz finishing polish and 3m yellow (my old favourite). You guys sadly have the heardest clearcoat in the world. I know!
It was more to describe the fun to be had. Test s**t panel at a time. Grab some...
If you seal it properly it should continue to look like that after washing and QDing between seasons.
This is where ceramic sealants can really help. I won't go into it too much but they can really help protect the lacquer finish.
90% correct.
Wax
Re Wash over the weeks/months.
Few months...
The fact I'm using it over a product my mates company makes should tell you how impressed.
I shall be cleaning in the coming days. Z5 and z8 combo on grey!
100% is real gents. Enjoy doing it. Especially when you have time. It's a great hobby and super rewarding.
I used to spend night's practicing, different glazes etc.
I done this one summers night with a glaze and a finishing pad...
I remember pics of RBs littering the media thread. Sad times!
One of the most amazing colours ever made and suited the 182 to perfection. So many products I lavished on RBs. So rewarding.
I do the same with stuff. Takes me 6 months to buy anything.
We got an oyster as the fitment was lovely and neat! Even just for storing in the house sometimes. Prams are harder to find small! 😂
Any names yet? Davey? Big D? Wee D?
Thank God he has better dress sense than me!
Congrats on baby sir Dave mate! Hope Sarah is doing well!
Love you obsession with these cars. And not to detract but Chris' is a nicer colour. I can't quite put my finger on why. I'd probably have classy silver if you could find one in the right spec. I'm fussy with colours.
Epic wagon...
It does work better. All pre sprays are better than snowfoam. It hits the dirt. Snowfoam is good and BH does work but pump sprayers are true pre washes.
Seems way too much. I work it out at between 10:1 for heavy soil and and 20:1 for light. I actually prefer through a pump sprayer but same idea really.
I wouldn't change BH for boredom. Stuff is so good at what it does and so well priced. Green Star is actually priced even better! So much value for money.
You need to get the name Dan. There are like 6 of them. c***s make so many products that do the same thing. They brought out a spray foam/seal product recently aswell!
Love the colour. Titanium for years was the best silver around. So crisp and sparkly (I'm a colour guy). Dislike the wheels. I never have like 1.2s. I think because pro Dyn were a Halfords brand it cheapened them.
This guy. Awesome things!
Oh and never put anything over the hydro sprays, the reaction can be something you do not want! Silica and carnauba aren't really best friends.
You know how I love Carpro. I mean my friend owns the UK branch! But rapid detailer is superb and much less fussy than all the new ones.
Would I recommend it over Z6. Probably not but maybe more nostalgia reason. And that smell omg z6 smell!
Usually harder to tell these days. If they are new and small, they're probably not making their own products.
Guys like bilt hamber are chemists, scientist folk. They just so happen to be great at making products for example.
The auto finesse product tough coat I think it was called. Kinda...
No I don't work for them. No they don't pay me or my company. No I wasn't give the product to test.
I didn't even set up a trade account. I just like honest products and honest company. Still so many rebottlers put there just now and people are buying the same product with a different label.

Oh and for what it's worth, these guys have a great range, make their own products and send them out. Really impressed.
Their quick detailer and by God I have literally tried hundreds over the last decade or so, is...
It wasn't even a rant at you, it was a rant in general. So much information online about these products and processes. You can actually help by researching and helping to help not just ask. I know it's easy to say.
I did almost the entire guide section on this part of the forum. So helping is...
