Ben - its fuking insane mate! And im sure its not just the petrol fumes im high on! The noise is amazing!! this car is very rarely coming out in the damp, will kill myself lol! Have a few plans for the finishing touches that it needs...watch this space! :)

I was the 106GTI following you pal! Was gonna flash earlier when i saw the cliosport sticker but thought you might think im a weirdo in a non clio lol! Nice lookin motor, and the cup definately has the edge on the 106. Ive only had the car a few weeks like :)

yes....but i can only get the guys number when the avon bird comes round next and im in. I know her, and its one of her boyfriends friends he works with as she mentioned it when I had a dent in my old clio! I dont have her number, but im sure the dent company is called dent wizard.

do it clart, its ace mate. just as good as tomtom go. i ran it on 6600 no probs, and now on 6680 and it works a treat. youll need a 128mb mmc card too to fit it on! also got all speed cameras installed with warnings 400metres before them! if you want me to get u latest version of tomtom...

yeah its a Y plate, i think it has drivers, passengers, door ones, and seat ones by looks of it! fekin loads. prob heavier! where can i get an ecosse IK from?

i havent got the code for that one tho! boooo! and its only tape! id have a standard cd player in it tho!

dunno but that IK is coming off fomr something better and a decent HU is goin in! thats about it really! want to keep it standard!

erm...feels about the same, maybe a bit quicker both in standard trim! seems to rev for fukin ages tho. but that might be due to me not taking the scooby over 6k ever!

Bought it last night. VERY impressed with the handling! and a nippy fuker too for a 1.6 16v. Ive not had chance to give it a wash and polish, and clean the engine up yet, but will be doing asap! Pictures taken on Nokia 6680 and reduced in size :)...

iv been looking at VTSs now too. Like clart says they are dirt cheap! for a 2001 with say 30-40k on the clock, the VTS is about £1500-£2000 cheaper! I would prefer a 106, but might end up goin for the VTS. Its only for 6 months or so anyway like!! id rather have a 2001 one with 30-40k...

insurance isnt a problem like its only about £300 full comp on a gti and ill get about £1k refunded from the scooby as i insured it when i was 24 and it was STUPID amounts!!! iv decided to go for gti. what would you say was the value of a 2001 with 35k on the clock in mint nick?? £5k...
