Yeah but tbh he's missed a trick. As far as I know it's only got lowering springs and strut braces hasn't it?
Stick a set of decent coilovers, whiteline rear arb, c-one front arb, solid engine mounts, front and rear braces, decent width wheels (not the crappy 5.5" standards) a set of 3g discs...
Neil's Yaris is an absolute beast! Still only a 1.5 too!
How does it compare to the other cars mate? Considering they weigh in at about 950kg standard they're quick as standard IMO.
Untill you see them. you could easily beat the webuyanycar and other fvcktards with these to increase value for the sake of a couple of quid.
I'm not saying I'd go out and buy them, but I am saying they do work and do disguise small marks for little money.
lol @ people in here with no experience whatsoever.
When I got my first car I found something very similar to these in the glovebox. They were for the exact colour code of my car, made in Japan. They worked excellently! Without looking close, knowing there was a sticker there you couldn't tell...
I would bet my bottom dollar you wouldn't get this from K-Tec.
As said before, when I spent £3k (yes 3 THOUSAND pounds) in one phone call to K-Tec I had nothing but trouble. Bits arrived in dribs and drabs over the course of about 6 weeks, then some things turned up damaged. Then took them...
Looks sweet Malice!
Quck being? lol
I thought as much Gaz, maybe he just cba, but at his prices I'm not too bothered tbh. Any wheel from about 13" upto 30" powdercoated and blasted for £80 a set!
Other option is ofcourse get them painted, but I imagine paint will chip a bit easier and is...
Thanks very much there malice! :D The bonnet did infact fly up on the M5 (at speed), hence the pins. The weave itself is about 3mm thick, so these are the only style of catches that will work without damaging the bonnet (due to the way it flexes), otherwise it would've been aerocatches. It is...
It should flash to tell you the battery's low. But if it's flashing when you have charge it's the firmware bug. You need to update the firmware using the SEUS (Sony Ericsson Update Service).
HTH
malice you must've seen other cars imported from Japan with the aerials? I think they're for the TV, there's two on each one, they open up, stick up and extend.
Mate got some on his "liner" ;)
lol @ calling it a liner! :rasp: It's only a friggin R34 GTT, auto. It's gay! lol
Those pics do the red S15 NO favours at all. In the flesh it looks totally different, has massive pressence and looks the tits! :D
Oh and the two things on the rear screen are aerials. Thought you'd have known...
OMFG Rob, I am in love with that S15!!! :D
It is NOT too wide, it looks absolutely fvcking mint! My mate bought a Skyline from the place the S15 was for sale. It had just come in when we went to collect the 'liner and I spent about 45 minutes looking at it, in it lol. How crazy is the boot lid...
Re: someph-ing different...........
Good work, lovely clio this!
Off topic do you know if the Yorkshire Old Skooler cruise from last October has been in yet? If not do you know when it will be?
Cheers :)
^ lol I couldn't give a s**t mate, I don't even own a Clio. But K-Tec are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Especially when you ring them up and spend £3k with them in one go, then bits don't turn up for months and when they do they're in piss poor condition.
So the coilovers aren't available to the UK, then suddenly K-Tec have them? And you pay an extra 25% to buy from K-Tec and have another years warranty?
Interesting...
