I've had 4 that were on cams and bodies and have always read there are no gains from unmapped cams! Perhaps I was reading too many mappers posts!

But you won't get any gains from fitting them without mapping? It'll just make it run about as well as me. Would it not be better to leave them out and fit them when / if you go for bodies?
No, the only guy I ever used to map the standard ecu was Wayne from Chipwizards. He did two of the three of my itb'd rallyes and also did my pals turbo Rallye all on the standard ecu.
He's based in Warrington now so don't know how far he is from you.

Our kid recently bought this vr6. It's the auto version which is pretty terrible at first but not that bad when you get used to it.
All the usual cleaning stuff that I'm not going to bore you with but these are the results. I'm pretty happy with how it came out.
I'm not on many Evo forums! It's a funny thing is mapping, I've had my car done by highly reccomended people who when you search on google are apparently s**t. Tim, my pal has been mapping for years and has done loads of evos before. He is also my mate and I trust him with my car implicitly.
