Lovely car in a gorgeous colour, looks great.
Really not a fan of the standard 182 wheels though. The colour is good, it just needs something a bit more racy to finish it off :)

Not sure on the brown cardboard windows though. You might be able to see better through white card?
Car 96 was a converted Cup Racer. Did get a quick look at it in the service area but never saw it with the bonnet up so don't know what the engine was like. It was being run by Steve Perez's team. He set the fastest overall time in it on SS2 I believe.

I never fully got to the bottom of this.
My car has had new lower arms, new track rod ends and new track rods, but it still does it. It only does it when you accelerate hard on bumpy roads. It's going in next week to have poly bushes fitted to the steering rack, so I will report back then.
Those little edging strips to tidy it up, looks good.
I put a thread up about one of my Escorts and bought some brakes today, pretty sure that counts as progress.
Yeah my knowledge isn't good enough to help you there. The best bet is probably to buy an accident damaged 172/182 and then you know you have everything you need, but I'm sure you won't struggle for advice to get it up and running :)
