That's awesome. Mil spec loom uses better connections, braided wrap etc. Protects it from heat and vibration.

Yes indeed, they did have a bit of a coming together. Think the Fez was a bit slower out of that corner than the guy in the TR7 was hoping for!

Spotted this morning at about 9:15. Saw it from a few cars back, think it was 06 reg, black wheels, Cup spoiler, looked like it had a cage in it.

Yeah I think now is the time to try and get some enjoyment out of it. Get the essentials done and then have some fun. You can always make more tweaks later. Very easy for a project to get very long-winded as you know already I'm sure, so be good for you to have some fun over the summer!

Ha! I know I know, but it would be interesting, just for the sake of science. I would guess you are right. Getting good runner length to keep the torque up would be difficult. Should be a riot now for sure, good torque for a little four banger. I am looking forward to a ride some time!

Epic Mark, just epic. Just shows what a proper engine can do. No fuss with ITBs, just proper bits doing the business. I must say though, it would be interesting to see what a set of ITBs did for it, whether they had much impact on output or driveability. When's my ride?!
