He does uber high mileage per week, even for an international man of mystery like Riz, the sums were getting silly. As indians we have an aversion to spending money, surprised we don't both drive datsun sunny's TBH.

Riz is emotional, just said goodbye to the only car that'll ever get him laid, so I forgive him. I would put up a vid of the other night, but seeing as you can't see the Vee, seems pointless.

Excuses excuses. You've driven that road as much as me over the past year, 10 years before that since I last drove it!

Would you buy a cheap 172 that needs service and cambelt doing?

Yeah a ph1. They don't have variable servicing, so the light only comes on if theres a problem, IIRC another warning light should also be on, so possible someone's removed a bulb to hide the problem? I'd walk away, plenty of decent cars about.

Would you buy a cheap 172 that needs service and cambelt doing?

And service light means there's a problem, not that it needs servicing!!!!!!!!

Would you buy a cheap 172 that needs service and cambelt doing?

I paid 2.5k for a flamer, needing bonnet/wing spraying. With cambelt done.

    Cup Dampers on a Trophy?

f**king ridiculous. Get that in writing, then go CAB, they'll have a riot with that. Warranty is valid until it expires, don't give a funk if it's in 10 mins.

    The JDM Appreciation Thread...

Chris with a JDM fail? What happens now, universe implodes? We all end up in a parallel universe where we all drive 206 gti's?

    Cup Dampers on a Trophy?

Again, incorrect. The trophy and 182cup set-up have different hubs to the rest of the range. 3rd time lucky fella?

    Cup Dampers on a Trophy?

Says someone who's obviously not spent serious time with one. From the article below Lowered and stiffened are not words you would normally associate with improved handling on UK roads, but the Clio Trophy is a car with so much damping sophistication that it achieves the impossible. It rolls...

According to wiki (fountain of knowledge!), was called nsx-r and type r, nsx-r in japan. But seeing as it's a jdm only car, guess engleberts correct.

    Cup Dampers on a Trophy?

Would need to be 182cup pack dampers, standard 172/182 won't fit. Not sure on prices, I'd check yozzasport or ebay. Might be worth seeing on cliotrophy if a few people fancy clubbing together, as over the next few years there will be several people in the same boat.

    Cup Dampers on a Trophy?

182 cup suspension will fit, same hubs. Don't get different coilovers, will cost more than the sachs will cost to rebuild, and just as likely to fail in 50k miles. The refurb will be under £500, you won't get even half decent coilovers at that price.
