I don't find the V6 expensive to run :)
23mpg is not to bad...... ;)
Simon
The 197 is TO TALL......looks like a people carrier ;)
I will only be getting another clio if they make a V6 version.....otherwise will move away from Renault as I don't like any of their other cars :)
Mk2 has 33mm wider track and 23mm longer wheel base, suspension setup different (stiffer, new geometry), new plenum, new subframes, new gear box (different ratio's), 18" wheels (17" on Mk1) with wider tyres on rear (245)
different rear spoiler, 255PS instead of 230PS, but both have the same...
The worse 0-80mph video I have ever seen because I CAN'T SEE THE SPEEDO....why even bother to post it???? lol lol ;)
can not tell how fast it going, just how much its reving.....lol
Simon
Yep, tall innit? :)
V6 looks well low compared :)
and I do hope the steering wheel feed back is better than our Mk3 1.4 Dynamique?
that car is way to light? V6 feels so much better (heavier and with better feed back) even though most of its weight is in the back ;)

My pics look fantastic to me?
I print them on my photo printer and they look good :)
however if you are well into photography then a proper camera is always going to be better, however, my daughters old 1mp camera does not takes pics as good as my k750i?
So some phones are better than...
Hi, I really have not got the time to read all 40 pages of theis thread, so can people that have the phone please answer this,
1. How long does the battery last, I have been told only 24 hours before recharge needed?
2. any bad bugs?
3. how is the quality of the phone?
4. is it worth...
About time the they changed the law for first time drivers Ii reckon.
While in the 2 year probation period you should be limited to 1 ltr and no more than 45bhp ;)
Also will look strange if the "Named" drivers car is owned by the "named" driver on the log sheet?
£3k insurance is there for...
Funny that because I also have a 42" plasma that doesn't look as good as the 40" LCD in HD? Plasma's are crap at high res and high colours, but look good in Black's.....lol ;)
Simon
Well my 40" LCD with SKY HD looks AWESOME for the football.....the England match was so much better than SD :) (I flicked back to SD just to see the difference...lol)
The only real problem with SKY HD, is there are not enough program really yet, but who gives a sh*t.....its only money ;) :)...
I reckon that would only realy apply if you for 20 years or more ;)
You seen the price of Vee's at the mo?
I reckon that photoshop in Yellows looks awesome Colin, go for it :)
Simon
Yeah love my 40" LCD, but the viewing angles are crap, best place in right in front, if off to the side by just a few degrees it starts to look washed out compared to my 42" Plasma.
But face on to it prefer the LCD :)
Simon
Just been watching sky HD this morning (had it fitted at 9am) and its very good indeed :)
The BBC HD preview looks awesome, reckon the World Cups going to look damn good on it if the preview and the Cricket is anything to go by? :)
Not seen any films yet... I-robot on tonigh, so will watch...
its £52.5 per month £630 per year ( I was sepending £1750 on Cigs a year, so £630 is nothing now)
We needed a new TV anyway, ours was 10 years old. £1800 40" Samsung LCD HD ready, thats only £180 per year over 10 years ( paid cash, but you get the idea)
NO breaks on SKY HD MOVIES..... :)...
Yep looking foraward to trying my LCD and Plasma with sky HD, mine was put back to next Monday though :(
My mates got an HD DVD from the states, and NO HD DVD's to play on it...pmsl :)
I will wait on that one for a while....;)
Simon
Well I tend to watch the Plasma for dark films (Star trek stuff) and the LCD for everything else :)
Black looks a little to "Grey" on my 40" LCD? imho :)
But for bright colours you can't beat an LCD :)
Simon
They both have pro's and con's.
We have a plasma 42" and an LCD 40", LCD seem to produce much better brighter colours but Plasma produces far better "blacks", if you watch a lot of "Dark" programs, Sc-Fi and the like get a plasma :)...
Cool vid :)
I wonder though now whether modern rally cars are just as fast as the old "B's"?
Aren't rally spectators a stupid lot though, no wonder they get hit by the cars, can't imagine F1 letting you get that close to the action ;) :)
