    Rear Squirms Under Braking

Thought so, there's no leaks, they don't bounce and they're not crashy, but after 9 years I guess they're just a bit tired, probably best change the fronts too while i'm at it.

    Rear Squirms Under Braking

Yeah it goes very light, it's fishtailing, the back end feels like it's trying to overtake the front, if I didn't correct it with steering input i'm pretty sure it would spin. No electrical faults other than an airbag light.

    Rear Squirms Under Braking

In fact it's all over the place under medium to hard braking, I know to expect it so I compensate for it but tbh it shouldn't be doing that, tyres are new, pressures are right, brakes are good, that leaves rear shocks? I was just going to fit a Whiteline ARB to fix it but if it is shocks that...

    Powerflex Rear Exhaust Hanger

Mybe there's flex somewhere else along your exhaust which means the backbox doesn't get it, I replaced the centre mount with a new one at the same time and there was zero movement in my exhaust at all, so all the vibration now resonates through the boot.

    Powerflex Rear Exhaust Hanger

That is a f*cking understatement, the plastic boot cover vibrates so much I can barely hear myself think! They're good if you're sick of having exhaust hangers sag and fall apart, as I doubt this one will wear out, it's bloody solid.

    "Rat rod" Bentley

It looks cool, but it also looks forced, I prefer a more natural rat look rather than the I took an angle grinder to my car look, i'd still drive it though.

    Amazon fire TV sticks

Has anyone else lost UK Turk? Is was working fine Sunday, but it now says playlist error and there are no TV shows of any kind anymore.

    Which oil filter removal tool??

I use one of these claws, works perfectly for me, but at £17 quid I feel like a right mug compared to the £7 quid jobby above. http://www.halfords.com/workshop-tools/tools/hand-tools/halfords-advanced-adjustable-oil-filter-remover

    Mapped or naa?

If you can find someone with an RSTuner they can plug it into your car and it will show what map you're running, also if it's been cammed it will have a lumpy idle, although they have a lumpy idle as standard but the map tunes that out a bit, so if it's mapped with a lumpy idle it's possible it...

    Mapped or naa?

It'll sit at 1.1k on cold start up, then once it's warmed up a little it'll drop to 950, also it will have a limmiter in every gear, it'll just be a little higher than standard, but without redlining it in every gear you can't tell, which is why the cold start idle is the best way to tell.

Bigger space for air to get up to the induction kit.

    Revs hunting

If air was leaking into the inlet manifold the revs would stay at 3k rpm, the fact it hunts for revs than settles down tells me it's not leaking.

    Amazon fire TV sticks

Trying to find a decent stream for Captain America Civil War, there are a few good quality ones, but I don't know if the bit at the start with the Russians is meant to have subtitles? As so far none o them do. I get this with Narcos and have to search for a stream with subtitles, but with a...

    My Mk4 Golf GTi

F*ck me why did I ever stop driving Golfs and get a Clio? The amount i've spent on the dog kennel over the years I could have built a doomsday 20VT by now.

    BMW 330d Touring

I was thinking a VAG 1.9 TDI 130, remap gets 160 with 300 foot pounds, you can get FSH ones with belts and leather for under £1500, it's for my Mum anyway, although I might blag a go every now and again to take the dog out, basically i'm buying her a car I wouldn't mind driving.

    BMW 330d Touring
