    CSS15 feedback thread

I think the thing with CSS is no one knows what it's meant to be as it's still a work in progress, we've learnt from experience that a traditional car show with rows of identical shiny Clio's is boring as sin, Gaydon was good because there was a car museum to look at, Duxford was good because...

Blackjack and hookers, in fact, forget the black jack.

Yeah Ron told me the same on the day, my Mum works in event management and has contacts that can provide all the stuff we were let down on, I just hope it's not the same company that bailed on us. lol

How come the replacement shaft fell out too then? Is your avatar the Duke of Hazzard moment from CSS?

Well if said Scottish people didn't ride the curbs so hard they ended up on two wheels like the Dukes of Hazzard, they wouldn't have bent their subframe causing the driveshafts to pop out, it was brilliant to watch though.

The segways were sh*t, you had to get dressed up like a f*cking storm trooper in full pads and helmets to do 3mph on grass ffs.

Yeah after the band finished was when we got down to the proper drinking, thank god for Bratwurst.

Exactly the same for next year don't change a thing, but maybe some fairground things like a coconut shy, rifle range, rubber duck fishing etc, something that doesn't involve being span around while drunk or with a hangover, also maybe some classic arcade games like After Burner, Sega Rally...

Pornography! RS Turbo wagon is amazing, although no close ups of the Mk1 Fiesta's and no Capri's. 😞

I smear the ring in oil and twist it by hand, I also change my oil filter the same way.

The American Dream - My Knight Rider KITT Project :-)

I did like how they took inspiration from Sir Isik Asimof's 3 laws of robotics by making Karr's primary objective his own self preservation, which basically made him a sociopath. I hated super pursuit mode though, they took a stealthy looking unassuming car and turned it into a really sh*t...

The American Dream - My Knight Rider KITT Project :-)

I preferred it when Kitt went to the 3 bar voice display rather than the solid block, after he got smashed to bits by Goliath.

There is no f*cking way any of you benders would have been able to remove my filter, the claw thing damn near crushed it in to a cube before it even moved an inch, if you can undo your filter by hand then it wasn't tight enough in the first place.

You stealthy b*stard! lol You can't do that to us, it's Friday night and we've all been drinking ffs!

Yeah unless you want to remove the whole front grill, i'd get the 50mm extension bar.

I prefer to make my life easier rather than slicing the skin on my masculine forearms because I was too lazy to remove the fuel rail guard.
  24. DaveDreads

    Oil+filter service

Leaving the fuel rail guard in place is the hardest way of doing it, there's no bloody space to get in there as it is, leaving it in place makes it damn near impossible to remove the thing. A small socket extension will do the trick, but you'll have to put it in there by hand, then connect the...

Tbh any tool is better than nothing, you'll never get it off by hand. I thought I could just He-Man it off with my hand, but despite having put the old one on by hand, it had formed an incredibly tight seal that I thought even the tool wasn't going to move, i've also tried the screwdriver...

It certainly revved better and felt faster but that could have been the placebo affect, but I gave my Mum a lift the day before and the day after I switched from ITG to Pipercross and even she said 'have you done something else to this car, it feels faster' and she's a middle aged women that...
