you shouldnt ruin the oven atall, litrelly get the oven warm and put them in, i kept getting them out evry 1/2mins and poking the sealant to see if it got tacky/started to melt - i didn't leave them in until it totally melted and just lifted off. the oven just helped soften it

gas mark 3 for 10 mins should bring the flavour out nice without cracking the light leaving you with a moist sealant, add a flat screw driving for extra flavouring and wolla now for desert........

yh thers a few holes drilled out the sides its mainly the width that needs to be right im guessing ?

i put my mk1 fogs in the oven for a bit to separate the glass works a treat

small update or should i say down date :( it failed the mot today on front shock and handbrake, so will be getting this fixed asap also ordered sparco bucket seats today (should be here tomorrow) hopefully get these in at the beginning of April

how much roughly are rear pads it might just be worth changing them?
