Yeah is there gonna be any benefit at all to keeping the inlet? Surely just gonna make it more hassle for, if any, gain. I'd sell the inlet and put it towards the turbo. I think @optical has looked into it, but I may be making that up lol

Nearly had the friends and family discount for 12 months now. Bit w**k that it's an 18 month contract, but the discount only last for 12 months. Means my current deal will go from 45 a month, upto 80 :( Will 100% be cancelling after 18 months is up though.

Aslong as they're serviced well, they'll go on forever. IIRC @bloke 's Mrs has one on over 200k. There's been a few on here that were on 150k+ and we're tracked regularly

I've had two 172s combining nearly 4 years of ownership. Never had a single problem with either of them. Nothing.

Its all about the open filter. The turbo noise is mint! Plus it makes the standard dump valve quite vocal
