I wouldn't buy it just for the fact they have fitted a crap tyre to a decent car, if they don't want to spend an extra £30 to get a decent tyre what else have they skimped on? I would just keep looking if I were you :)

At least it's not passenger side and you need to drain the box, £15 is pretty cheap for a shaft, While its a pain it could be a lot worse :)
