Make sure the belts have been done by a renault specialist and not in jo blogs garage. To do the belts on these cars requires the correct Renault locking tools. If the belts need doing then it's a £600 ish job. Apart from that a nice service history. Welcome btw.

They just about clean the rust off the disc after washing.

For now you could replace the bog bone bushes with some powerflex item's. It's a common up grade. Engine and gearbox mounts are expensive if you replace them for ktec one's. Around £200.

My bet is the mounts are fcuked, causing the engine to rock and the pop the exhaust out.

Yes mate the Master Blasters are great. We have two of them in our factory that are connected to the fire alarm system. Even when both printing presses are running the blasters can be heard, no problem.
