Personally i'd steer clear of Halfords . They are very hit and miss when it comes to colour matching . Local motor factors is your best bet and it'll be cheaper too ;)

Hahaha !! Had mine on for about 3 weeks now . It's fcukin loud , even with the cd turned up full whack . The only thing silencing it is the backbox with having no cat or centre box . Oh well ;)

I'd give Renault a miss . Especially if your after the little touch up sticks as they call them . The paint seems to be a little thick imo . Get yourself an aersol mixed up at a local motor factors , it'll be around the same price as the Renault paint but you'll get hell of alot more paint...

There's one on either side . They screw in or out to adjust how high or low the bonnet sits .

Never bought any matched colour from Halfords myself , but personally i'd steer clear from what i've read about their colour matching . I go to a local motor factors whos colour matching has always been spot on , cheaper than Halfords and larger size aerosols :

I'd be more inclined to think it was a sticking brake caliper rather than your reworked inlet manifold imo . I had a sticking brake caliper on my 172 , failed my MOT due to it . Just greased the piston and everything was fine and it passed the MOT retest :)

I have a Yozzasport decat fitted , coupled up with the Yozzasport 182 exhaust . It's pretty loud lol . Top welds though ( eh Fred ) hopefully won't crack like the Millteks seem to do :approve:

Ok . Halfords lacquer is fine , i've used it a few times .

Yeah J41 Arctic and some lacquer as well to stop it scratching .

No need at all to wet n dry the colour coat unless there are some imperfections . Colour coats , leave to dry 24 hours somewhere warm then a few coats of lacquer , job done . If you do get any runs in the lacquer then wet n dry and polish up afterwards with some Meguiars scratch X or Carlack...

I'm not 100% sure Brian , but i think 4" should be big enough .

What version are you using Mark ? I'm using version 8.0.233 . I've not had that problem but i do find it takes forever doing a scan and sometimes does a random scan when it's not scheduled .

I don't think it was a silly test at all , if anything it was probably one of their better tests . It was a test to show how the R26R fares against what is basically a track orientated car , the Caterham . Yeah i know the 26R is marketed as more of a track / road car , but in reality and imo...

Yeah , they will fit . You need bulbs with the offset pins . I can't vouch for the quality of these bulbs , it was just an example , i have Philips silvervisions but alot of people seem to be happy with the cheaper bulbs .

For the front of your car you need a different bulb , Silvervisions , Silvatec ....... , they are bright enough when flashing ...
