Its in the thermostat housing IIRC. Never actually changed one myself though mate so I'm not 100%. Have a quick search as I'm sure its been covered a few times

Its controlled by water temp, not oil. It'll be the thermostat/temp sensor that needs replacing

I wouldn't suggest revving a F4R over the standard limit very often. I'm sure I've read they become weak at high revs with out uprated bits

Throttle body buzzes. The fan up by the interior light buzzes. The fuel pump will buzz as it primes before starting. Its French, it makes all sorts of strange noises
