Mondial blue paint code is D43.

Both my imports had the VIN number displayed on the dash , on the passenger side . The later 182's didn't have etched windows , i'm not sure if the earlier ones had or not .

I always layer mine , i very rarely use the same wax twice when layering . Try some collinite 845 , just as good as the 476 but hell of alot easier to apply / remove . Or Collinite # 925 boat wax .

Firstly , it sounds like a bit of a s**t warranty you have if it only covers the motor and not the regulator , as like you said . it's all one unit . When one goes it all needs replacing . Was it replaced with a brand new motor and regulator ? If so , it will come with a 12 months guarantee ...

The idle when warm should be 800rpm +/- 50 rpm . Sounds like maybe some kind of vacuum leak .

The bulbs are called 501 , W5W , wedge or capless . They are all the same bulb but with a different name . They are the same as the sidelight bulbs and some interior bulbs . This is just an example on ebay , i can't vouch for the qaulity ...
