Yes i fitted a new one to my PH1 and it was out of refrigerant.

Joe, cover up as much of the electrical bits as possible. Wipe as much up as possible with rags. G101 would be good or brake cleaner. Maybe remove the under tray/lower engine cover so all of the crap can run out of the bottom.

Use loctite mate.

The pump won't clutch in if the gas pressure is low. Maybe there is a leak and it's low on gas again?

Chi you should buy a press to do wheel bearings.

Heat gun is to hot, try a hair dryer and it wont damage the paint.

I also have Bilsteins they are epic, I love mine. Build quality is superb as you would expect from a German product and the pre-set damping is spot on for a road car. The ride height adjusts low enough too. After having the bilsteins id not have anything else on a road car. :cool:

The horse shoe won't hold the cams. You 100 % need the pulley locking tool.

Unless you have a Meg bottom pulley which has a key. Makes setting the belt tension even more tricky.
