Re: Mk1 172 Hybrid Track Car Project doesn't sound clever, good that it was all sorted though, foxy would you be interested in a 172 alternator thats brand new??? (not sure if it suits your build or if you fitted a good one)

i need to know what other engines this alternator can work with really, ie a 1.4 etc etc... any help would be appreciated cheers in advance

Re: someph-ing different........... as mentioned the alternator is on the way... and thanks to this member who seems to know his stuff it should help when fitting it so from my shopping list before, after a day it looks like this Cup Alternator - ordered Oil Filter, Spark Plugs, Fuel...

brilliant help thanks chap, thought i had to do something on the wire front dam it, any pics would be a great help. as for the belt, i had already ordered a 172 cup alternator belt

sourced a 1.8 8v laguna alternator, can't wait to try it.

i am in the market for a new radiator.. i beleive the rad is 540mm wide 410mm high 28 - 36 deep ^not 100% sure on them what i need to know is what else does the rads feature, are there sensors, plugs etc etc, i need to get this sorted as the car is off the road this week and...

there is 4 variety's to choose from...lol

by chance can you find the part number or is there no chance thanks for that above knowledge though
