I don't know of any specialist that will fit part's that they have not supplied. You may need to call the company that's going to do yous and ask matey.

Hi James, mine is the same as in the tensioner mark's wont line up. Ive ordered a pulley from Fred @ BTM, im hoping that it will be with me this week as Fred is megga busy. You will need Fred to make you a spacer for the new pulley, ill be making my own as I have a lathe at work. Fingers...

There is no timing marks on the cams or crank. The tool you have makes sure that the cams are in the correct position. There is another tool that renault sell that locks the cam spockets so that the dephaser and the exhaust pulley can be un done.
