I don't think you can buy the Ultimate Edition now.

UT is short for Ultimate Team which is one of the game modes.

I've upgraded to a 5 from a 4S and very happy that I did. Better screen, battery, thinner, lighter, faster and feels better than a 4S. Like how AliG is advising not to upgrade from a 4S when he hasn't had one.
