they are height and damping adjustable on the car but to be honest once they are on and set up at a certain height there is no point in changing the height.
as for the ride i haven't changed the hardness or anything, they are technically out of the box, and bloody hell they are lovely, sucha...

turtle wax tyre gel,
washed wheels with megs nxt wash
autoglym Extra gloss protection (EGP)
then 2 coats of Poorboys wheel sealant
black trim -
autoglym bumper care...

the rear is the same, the front went up, had a look under there this morning and you can see a clean lline in the driveshaft were when it was too low it was rubbing the chassis
£135 mate, was a bit surprised at that price, spose its worth it in the long run though, yours never been set - up
