I've just found out that the RenaultSport National Meet is 10.30am next Saturday.
Anybody interested in going and convoying up?

The advert is for the exhaust and sports cat so it's not that bad a deal. Sports cat is probably worth £150 and exhaust £200/£250 if in the condition described.
Think you're near the Meganesport stand so I'll be over there at some point, make sure you come over to our stand as well.
Shame you're not coming mate, it'd be a good first outing for your Ph1.
Re: Tim's R26 Banana Boost Bus
I gave it a quick wash this afternoon when I got home and put a layer of Banana Armour on the rest of the car.
Put my new number plate on which I bought this week.

Here are the pictures from when I picked up the car this afternoon.
And couple of before and after shots
You wouldn't even know it said hello to a couple of cones last year :)
My car was running really rough when I drove home but it cleared...
I used this paint.

My 172 had excessive oil consumption which was due to a suspected cracked piston rings.
I didn't find out if that was 100% the cause because I sold it.
Are there any obvious signs of leaks? Check the sump, rocker cover and oil strainer.
