It's not cheap. IIRC The excess on our formula fords we ran was over 2k alone plus the premium in itself. It is relitively painless but with regards to costs, be prepared to get felt big time. I would personally never compete without insurance, it's a dangerous game to play when it all goes...

Not keen on the interior to be honest. I'll make my mind up once I've seen an RS version in the flesh. For the moment I'm not keen at all. Looks like Renault are gunning for a different market.

Hi mate, nice choice. Tis up to you really I have the standard system with the silencer removed & a straight through stainless pipe which is nice & not boomy. If I hadn't have got that I'd have gone with the akrapovic probably or possibly the K tec jobby. Out of the box they're pretty capable...
