Yeah it won't need much rpm to do 250bhp. It should happily give 200lb/ft, So you'll only need 6800ish revs. On my duratec we ended up needing 8800 rpm to get the magic 300bhp n/a. Peak torque was 203lb/ft but had dropped off to 180ish by over 8500.
