Whats your budget? And what do you use the car for, track, fast road or just looks? You could spend anything from a few hundred to well over 1k. Stay away from the cheap crap as it will make the car ride worse than standard. Do a search there's lots on coilovers.

Id say the 1/4 will repair, the 1/4 panel to door gap looks ok. It will be repair and paint the 1/4 blend into the door. £500 ish at a good bodyshop with a proper spray booth.

Yeah they are bloody expensive just for road use, mine where already in when I bought the car.

I have DS2500 in mine and I only use it on the road, its fine from cold but they give a nice bite when warm/hot.

Replace the nuts as they are nylocks or put a drop of loctite on the old ones.

Best - its a PH1 172 Worst - I want to spend more money on it.

Emma if you dont know what you are doing then its not a 2 sec job. Get them back, or if you want to do the job then the plastic panel needs to be un-done then slid down towards the engine then slid back up while holding the bit nearest to the window down. There are clips on the plastic panel...
