If you have always wanted one and it is the car for you then go for it, you wont regret it. 4.5k seems a bit steep to me but it does say ono so put in a cheeky one and see where it goes from there.
Does look nice, ask him where the belts were done first of all or you could see £4500 turn into...
@Williams182 I was confused with the site aswell. Stuff all over the place, buy yeah, as Nathan said, he will send you the files once you get the code.
hi @MrBlonde I believe you just do it yourself with a laptop. Its meant to be plain sailing but I would rather someone who has done it before do it for me.
@Addicted you should hear this induction kit lol. Like a lion sitting next to me.
haha, looks rough that.
At least you have plans to make it better though. Wont take much to sort it out. Are you changing back to a standard airbox or fitting an IK?
yes very addictive. Just done 15 miles of random driving and letting it build up in 3rd.
civic type r and golf gt tdi were none to impressed with it ;)
sounds like a beast that does. Well happy with it for £40. Throttle response seems up and didn't notice any flat spots. 1st gear cant really hear much but 2nd upwards its like a lion.
tirght fit that was, Jesus. Was rushing a bit because I done it on my dinner at work. Sounds nice. Will position it a bit better when I get home. Nice cheap little mod. Just waiting for my rstuner to arrive now.
yeah that's what I asked at LTC. Don't k ow if these are a big firm or just local?
They seem to do all the chav cars round here with loud ass powerflow systems with 10 tailpipes coming out the back.
I didn't hold much hope for them doing it as they usually don't do anything out of their comfort...
mine has 50k and I'm second owner. Isn't a cup but I didn't pay that much.
Thinking about it now, is probably about right, maybe a bit high to get knocked down.
so I went to LTC exhausts and they said I would have to have a complete new system. Seeing as they only do powerflow I kindly walked away. I just want a tailpipe welding on and the backbox raised. There is plenty of room. Surely anyone with welding experience would have a go?
anybody know of...
 joking.
I could do it but I just don't want to fry my ecu by making a mistake. Buying n4th4n a pint is cheaper than replacing the ecu. From what I've read, you didn't do yours properly as your buying another one
20 and 10 seems to be a popular choice.
personally I went 5mm back and want 10mm on the front and I don't get any scrubbing with cooksport springs on aswell
anybody about tonight? Would like someone to have a go in my car to see what they think of the power as to wether its ok or down on it. have ordered me an RS tuner but ive never driven another one so I cant really compare.
let me know, Lee.
mine hits the limiter at 7500rpm and is not mapped. I have plugged it into RS tuner and it shows the original ECU cal.
So I guess 7500rpm proves nothing.
