Thinking of chopping the 335d one of these now the dealer network is full of used M3 being traded. What kind of MPG are you getting on a run?

The house the 74 vette is outside is around £230k. Most expensive house on the estate was £350k. That's 5 bed with twin garage and a pool.

It was geared fine for what it was. 115 in 3rd if anything a little short. The LS just doesn't have enough grunt with 460bhp.

The 74 was scary. 400bhp and a 3 speed auto. I've never driven anything like it, it was just weird, couldn't stop smiling though!

This was the 6 speed auto with paddles and no electric LSD so it wasn't as easy as I expected. Still it was a laugh. From the end of the year they are getting the 8 speed the same as my BMW, then it'll be better. Apparently they are good for 0-60 in 4.2 and 190mph, but it never felt like it.

In first and second it was fast, after that it just felt a bit limp. I was expecting it to be a bit brutal at least.

You get hardly any!

I wanted the Cam SS first, this was an extra $600 but very worth it. It was a lot better on fuel than the SS. Last time with the SS I got 21mpg @ 70. With this I was seeing 33mpg (American gallons are only 3.8 litres too!). Most of the time you will get let off if you play the daft tourist...

Rented this for 9 days last week. Did 2000 miles round Daytona, Miami, the Keys then the gulf coast in it. 460bhp, went ok but felt lacking. Sounded good though. Chromies for my homies too..... This happened a lot though.... Borrowed this for a couple of days too. Loved it!

Re: 1M Akrapovic In 25 years time the 1M will be held in the same regard as an E30 M3 Evo is today. A E90 M3 won't. Parts bin specials will always be more special, they have the feeling of something that shouldn't have been built, but was just to please petrol heads. Hell we even have our own...

I'm tempted to do the 335i exhaust conversion to mine. With this diffuser.

The F30 3 series doesn't have the speaker noise system or the piped in induction, it does sound good for a diesel, although the exhaust sound is very diesel.... Current average mpg is 46.3.

Pop corn limiter?

Sets off are 0.08 and is at 60 by 0.12. 0-60 in 4 and a bit secs yo!

I just specc'd the 640 on the configurator to get its list price. £76468. Jesus christ. They were offering it to me for £59k.

I pay £550 for the 335d, and was offered a fully kitted (Same spec as mine, electric everything, HK, HUD etc etc) for another £89 a month.

Never if my mileage stays the way it is.... BMW are still pushing to get me into a 640d.
