I'd got for the RC750's in it with a new map.
At 240bhp I was at around 80% duty cycle on 550's. I imagine 280 will be about maxing them.
I've got a 1.8 bottom end that I might build up with a GT28, my friends is just over 340bhp on a built 1.8 engine with VVT.
Make sure they don't write it off, keep very close track of what's happening.
They wrote my friends one off for a door and a front wing, it only had 31k on it!
Guys I have an excel speadsheet with a load of macro's behind it that'd make a really useful app for me.

Oil leak:
Open bonnet. Look at oil tank. Look at top inlet, see leak. lol
Use a 38mm spanner to get the hose off, then undo the allen bolts and replace the seal (about 90p from TVR power).
PS how much were the carpets?
No problem Dan. If I'm honest, it just wasn't fast enough, my last two sports cars I'd owned before I'd tried it were 350ishbhp/tonne and the S just felt a little limp, hence why I ended up in another TVR. I know they aren't all about pace, but it felt slower than my MX-5 Turbo, and the £27k...
