right, to change the park plugs, you need to remove the inlet. Undo the 7 iirc bolts from the font of the inlet, and 2 either side of the ign coil, then disconnect all the leads/hoses etc and it'll lift off. make sure you dont loose the inlet gasket!
Now you need a 6inch extension and a 16mm...
nah no sealent is needed, there will be 3 cam oil seals 2 the same, these ones you use, 2 rocker cover gaskets, head gasket, inlet gasket, exhaust gasket. there will be a few other seals, cannae mind what is supplied!
the headgasket from ebay is ok. it takes about 10hours to do the headgasket if you know what your doing. if not allow more of a week. take it off at the downpipe.
replace all the seals you can, so cam oil seals, inlet gasket,new stat,
theres no point in the leads as the 172's are good enough.
As for removing it, its easy iirc 9 10mm bolts, 7 on the front, and 2 either side of the coil pack.
