Check the washer has been fitted on the bolt too The one that gets up into the gearbox. If it hasn't got a big washer then it can f**k the bushing

Its a JH3 box I'm sure all of the slaves are the same on them. They're used in absolutely everything The only difference is the pipe outside of the gearbox iirc. Can you get a pic of the pipe coming out of the box?

Make sure you've properly tightened the bolts through the shocks I find it takes a bit of fanangling to get the mounts right but the correct torque on the bolt (5 ugga duggas)

I did something similar with my 12Ah big b*****d battery. Flattened it and then left it in the garage during winter which just killed it Luckily I could get a new one under warranty. Apparently you can still get them to take a charge but you need to bypass the charge controller
