You'll be gouing faster than indicated with the tyres. But, some valvers are dog slow others are really quick, my 19's 1st engine would pull to the limiter in 5th(147mph), and do 6.7 0-60's but the second engine would only do 130 if it was downhill!
not if he was driving and the belt snapped, if it snapped when he turned it over, then yes it will do damage, but as the engine will be turning, the cams stop, but the bottom end will keep turning, so tbh any damage would have already been done.
