I found mine by lying listening by front wheel arch and getting someone to push down on wing could hear the noise comin from arb bushes .

front outer front anti roll bar bushes mate thats whot mine was same noise worth tryin them first they only cheap bout £12 pair i think or try greasing old ones first.

airlines wont do it motor knacked !:mad: is there an easy way to change it or is it wipers off and the whole plastic panel?? anyone done it ??

Anyone know how easy the washer jet motor is to get change ?? are there two motors one for front and one for rear screen ? have tried cleaning jets with pin and they are fine rear screen washer also sprays as normal. front screen wont spray just loud whirring noise from washer bottle area and...

Saw the cliosport sticker in back window reg D4*** Do this route everyday at that same time but never saw you before . I was gonna loose you in at the lights if you needed too get over ! ;)

better change it then done 40k and its never been done .

Mine averages 28-30 in town 40-44 on motoway never seen 35 + in town !!:S

thanks guys .Thats the two I can see. bolt has come out of the back one and airbox has pulled out of the front one tried to push it back but it wont move thats why I reckoned there was three .see will have a look tonight. Does it sit in a mounting frame then ?

Anyone know how many mounts on a std 172 mk2 airbox and how do you remove it ??

I changed my cable and it cured mine :D . Not sayin it will cure yours but its cheaper than a clutch gotta be worth a try ! B****RD to change yourself tho !!

ck3100 fits 172 easy clio is iso got one in mine they are great. really easy to fit to.

It is your battery mate mine was just the same swopped my battery and been fine since . It will still start the car ok and if you test the battery it come up fine on the test mine did too, but it WILL be your battery that is causing it:D

You wont see the damage till you take em out mate.

Mine had worn out and split. noise on mine was roll bar contacting on radius arm and cos they dry out that is the creaking noise . put your ear by the wheel arch and get someone to push down on the wing you should hear the noise .

Did you change the front roll bar bushes laney ??

Dunno what the part number is but there are four bushes on the front roll bar you want the two that fit on the ends of it the outer two they fit over the ends of the roll bar where it joins the arm like a cup . you can see them where they join the radius arm mine is a 172 ff dunno if 182 wiv cup...
