We have been with Vodafone for a couple of years. There was a fault with the router late on one evening a little while back. Rang them and they sent a new (better) router to me the next day, service was spot on. Seems these companies are very hit n miss.

I use aqua wax from Autosmart now and again. The blue stuff you dilute and spray on. Not a glass sealant as such but seems to work well tbf
