The r26 are imo harder to find. But they will hold their value better.
The R would be the faster car but i think the 200 looks way nicer. Personally id try which ever popped up first.
There was a real nice 100k one in here that was at 3k, reckon he got close to that.
I prefer the silver but yeah blue wins. 1500 seems cheap. High miles etc?
I've not driven the 200 but have had my share of 1*2's. The 172 will be more raw, especially the cup.
The 200 would be more grown up, handle better imo but worse on fuel If that's an issue.
I would like to try the 200 they look ace.
A crap Clio 1*2 for 1500/2000 that goes dead fast will appeal more to the majority than a cared for 3000 plus one.
Worst I have owned a Ferrari post this year
I was tempted tbh.
Your advert was spot on imo, especially with the pics and in depth detail. iirc you have done that with previous cars?. And to get offers or be messed about would annoy me hugely.
Yours would be a car I'd go back too. Clio ownership.
Miles wise, anything below 80k ISH imo.
If you want the ownership to be good, good cars command a premium.
Been a while when someone has asked for advice and not taken it.
If you have the money (clearly you have) and want to try a Clio 182 and have a nice ownership experience. Stop looking at those types of 'project' cars.
Just buy a nicer lower milage example and keep it mint.
