Have you tried going into BIOS and controlling your RGB in there? As for power settings turn off fast startup as they sometimes f***s settings up

They do cause a bit of a knock when they're all floppy. The one on my Megane was so shagged the metal inner in the centre was completely separated😂 Its worth checking your top mounts too

Have you tried running sfc /scannow in an elevated command prompt? If you have open Registry Editor then go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\Current Version\Windows and then have a look if LoadAppInit_DLLs has a 1 or a 0 there. If it's 1 then change it to 0
