Yeah the gearing suits boosted cars a lot better because you don't blow through the gears as quick My mate had his high boost with an old dTi Kangoo box and a quiafe, managed to get it off the clocks iirc

Not sure about internal strength @NorthloopCup would know best about that What I do know is that the ratios are way longer and the upper spider gearbox is much thicker too. I upgraded my 172 to one because the spiders are common to snap tbh

Jesus I must have been tired last night, thats not the white plug I was on about. That plug comes on an earlier loom so you'll have a later 03 onwards engine loom. Not entirely sure what it does but a CAN test with CLIP might bring something up
