I'm telling you 100% that the UCH has water in it Your squib controls, window controls, radio, hazard panel controls, 12v socket and horn wont work. All 12v switched power runs through the UCH

UCH is wet I had the same with my monaco. Just dry it out with a hairdryer until you can get the heaters on and working, then leave the car running and put the feet heaters on full
