Are your original ones just dirty (silver ones?) If so they are piss easy to clean, pull the belt all the way outside the car, close the door, jet wash, will look brand new.

Bonnet bra will cause alot more damage than you may think, wait until all the grit and crud gets under it.

Couldn't say without having a look. Worn wheel bearings make a droaning noise, especially when going around corners when the weight is shifted to one side.

Very much doubt it will be the mtotor. Never replaced one on a mk2 Clio in my 10 years at Renault.
