I put a 60mm offset RamAir cone filter on my dCi 100. It made some wicked sounds and I never noticed any difference in power etc. It barely got warm and the air has to go through the intercooler before going into the engine anyway so it's already cool enough by the time it hits the chambers

You just need CLIP and to put in the new injector numbers I the values iirc. Been a while since I’ve done em. I’ve also got some good dCi 100/80 injectors too if you’re in need of any, will do them cheapish :)

Have you tried putting a washer and bolt in here? The cable ties will hold the mount in and the bolt will hold the exhaust hangar from pushing out
