    So he got the part, your car in bits still. New part was wrong again, fair enough. So he rebuilds your car with the old crap pump. Might be time to get another mechanic. It makes zero sense

    My only experience of a paddle clutch was on an evo 7. Can't remember which type. I can remember the £1000 cost at the time and driving like a learner round town. I still do the latter, but not on a paddle clutch.

    Yep and me ref the grill. I tried solution finish again but its just not working, needs spraying. Assuming you removed the grill or was it in situ?
